• Shines Lesson: In this lesson each week you will learn the most popular shines used in our warm-ups and more. Jasmine will add the feminine touch for the ladies and Tony will show the men how to impress anyone on the dance floor. This will help you with your footwork, balance, smoothness and style on the dance floor(for improver plus level only

LESSONS:

8PM -8.30PM:  SALSA BASIC STEPS  WITH JANET £4

Janet will teach you the basic steps and timing of Salsa. This lesson is recommended not only for the absolute beginner but for those that want to work on perfecting their basic steps, to make them smooth and flowing.

8PM-8.30PM: FOOTWORK/SHINES  WITH JASMINE  & TONY £4

Jasmine & Tony will teach you ladies timing and mens timing footwork that will help you with your freestyle on the dance floor. Moves to impress!

8.30PM -9.30PM:

SALSA BEGINNERS WITH JANET  £7

In this lesson you are expected to know the basic steps. Janet will teach you basic partner work, leading and following techniques. It would normally take at least 6 wks before you are ready for the next Improver level

SALSA IMPROVERS WITH TONY    £7

In this lessons you are expected to have at least 6 weeks of beginners lessons. You should be competent with the following: all of the basic steps, the basic leading and following techniques, cross-body lead, right turn, left turn, LA hammerlock*

SALSA INTERMEDIATE WITH STEEVO & JASMINE  £7

In this lessons the turn-patterns are more challenging. You are expected to know all of the above with addition to the following: double spins, Titanic, Crossbody inside/outside turns, baskets, basic shines,*

TAKE TWO LESSONS FOR ONLY £8

**Please note the steps and turn patterns mentioned above are examples the teacher will teach other turn patterns and steps within their lessons. Your teacher will also advice you when they feel your are ready to move up a level.
