I’ve had a hard week :-( mum not well, I’m not well… And I’m exhausted :-(
I was saying all day I couldn’t wait for my salsa therapy .. Everyone at work saying are you sure you should go tonight? I’m like wot ! Hell yes I gotta go… It’s my therapy !

I got to the Langthorne feeling pretty crap and then comes a blizzard. ! I thought oh well.. Maybe not many will turn up for lessons and club tonight.

Well … How wrong was I ? We had a fantastic turnout considering the blizzard outside lol it seems so many of you also needed your salsa therapy lol :-)
The shines lesson with Tony & Jas are becoming more popular and the ‘shine- off’ at the end of the lesson is such a laugh. Ladies verses the men, every week .. I got to say ladies, I think the men won this week.
The shines lesson is for improver level up …try it, you will not be disappointed :-)
Unfortunately Steevo couldn’t make his lesson, so Tony covered the intermediate with Jas. Steevo will be back next week.

Sharky DJ did his thang again and had the dance-floor buzzing … We also had a couple of surprise birthday dances.

In all it turned out to be as usual, a fantastic night :-) I ended the night on my usual high and felt great… It’s amazing what Salsa can do for you .. I love it ! To Live is To Dance x
